We are excited to announce our 1st workshop on “Leadership skills”, from November 29 – December 2, 2021 via Zoom.
We will have an expert from Natural Science Career, Philipp Gramlich, who will work closely with the participants and help them to identify, and improve interpersonal skills to become a successful leader. The workshop consists of four online seminars and will be held in either individual or group course work for 2.5hr each day from 9-11:30 to cover effective, state-of-the-art methods and topics connected to leadership such as Situational Leadership, Hire for Quality, Conflict Management, and much more.
There is limited space available to allow a high quality and one-to-one interaction with the course trainer, and we would love to see you there, so please register and send in your motivation statement using this link by November 10, 2021, 11:45 (CET) to apply for your spot. We will select 20 participants based on their current career position and strong motivation letter.

Important note: Once you are accepted among the participants, the registration can be cancelled up to 24hr before the first workshop day free of charge. A fee of 500 SEK will apply if you do not cancel your registration and do not take part in all modules. A waiting list will be put up to fill the open spots.
